Cannes and Sundance award winner Rodrigo García writes/directs Mother and Child. Marie Claire referred to the film as  “a tough minded yet delicate drama”. The film depicts the lives of three women who have been greatly affected by adoption. Garcia’s casted some of Hollywood’s most leading ladies  to capture the lives of Karen, Elizabeth, and Lucy. To name a few, Kerry Washington, Naomi Watts, and Annette Bening.

So come on out to the heart of downtown Houston and enjoy this independent film throughout the month of June.
